The 2024 ODMA Awards at O-SHOW24 are poised to celebrate excellence and innovation within the optical industry, highlighting the remarkable achievements of products that have left an indelible mark.
This Awards program presents a unique opportunity to revel in optical offerings' more fashionable, fun, and creative dimensions, with a special emphasis on frames. We endeavour to underscore their significant contribution to comfort, eye care, and the beauty they bring to their wearers.
Your participation ensures the success of this program, as each submission shines a light on the optical industry and the range of frames available. By showcasing your eyewear’s dedication to excellence you also receive additional promotion within the optical community.
The awards are open to all ODMA members. Entries will be displayed at O-SHOW 24, and the winners will be announced during the networking event. Please refer to the attached application form to submit your entry.
Once entries close, we will compile them and establish a platform for all submissions to be voted on.
This year, we are adopting a "People's Choice" approach, we will call upon private Optometrist Practitioners, Optical Retailing Staff, and Independent Optical Dispensers to vote for the products that truly enhance their day-to-day operations and the lives of their clients. After all, who better understands these products than those who present them in the practice and assist patients in finding the perfect fit?
Our judging process will be meticulously curated to ensure fairness and impartiality, and we steadfastly reject any form of vote loading.
ODMA brings a fresh perspective to awards programs and streamlines the process through ODMA Eyetalk's established network of publications, websites, and social media platforms.
As an added incentive, participants in the voting process stand a chance to win exciting prizes through a prize draw. Additionally, you, as an ODMA member, will have the opportunity to contribute eyewear as prizes if you so desire.
